TV Ratings for Week of Nov. 5 – 11
Black viewers again make Sunday night football No.1 show; CBS again top network
 
(November 15, 2007) According to Nielsen’s data for the first week of November, black households differed from whites on their top show for the week – again. NBC’s “Sunday Night Football” was the most popular show of the top 25 for African-Americans. They were 16 percent of the total audience watching the NFL game, which was No.8 for the week with white viewers.

“Without A Trace” and “CSI” took first and second place and led CBS’s domination of the top 25 as the week’s winning network with 11 shows. Next most popular was ABC with five, followed by Fox’s four and three each for NBC and the CW network.

The total number of black households watching the top 25, according to Nielsen Media Research was 31 million, an increase of 3.5 percent over the previous week.
