One sets conference call to announce preliminary third quarter results

29, 2007) Radio One, Inc. will be holding a conference call for investors,
analysts and other interested parties to discuss its preliminary unaudited
results for the third fiscal quarter of 2007.
The conference call is scheduled for Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at 10:00
