Marketing to African Americans with Excellence (MAAX) Summit will take
place on Monday, Nov. 14th, 2016 at the Hyatt Magnificent Mile Hotel in
downtown Chicago. The theme for this year's gathering is "Change the
Conversation," with presentations that offer a new perspective on the
Trillion-Dollar Black Consumer Market.
The all-day MAAX Summit is one the industry's largest annual gatherings
of African American marketing, media and research professionals. Among
the companies that will offer the newest statistics, trends and analysis
on the African American Economy are Nielsen, IHS Polk Automotive, the
U.S. Census Bureau, and Target Market News, among others. The Platinum

"There has been a dramatic shift in the dynamics of the African-American
