Black Cable TV Ratings for Week of September 24 - 30
The search for Black cable viewers continues as they decide on their favorite shows

(October 2, 2012) The lack of a dominant cable network to draw the interests of Black viewers continues. With Monday, Friday and Saturday posting the largest prime time audiences, it appears that viewers are still searching for where to place their loyalties.

VH1 and football still show the strongest appeal. VH1 had 5.7 million viewers for four shows. USA network posted just 2.8 million for three programs for second place. TBS claimed 2.3 million across two shows.

The total number of viewers watching the Top 25 shows, according to Nielsen, was mostly unchanged at 23.9 million.
