Memphis marketing communication firms join forces to attract new
business
(September 11, 2006) The Carter Malone Group, LLC (CMG), one of Memphis’
most noted PR firms, and Ashley Agency Advertising, a creative shop,
announce the formation of a strategic partnership. The alliance
strengthens both firms as they look to offer a greater depth of experience
to current and potential clients. Both African-American owned-firms have
shown that they have what it takes to provide quality services to their
respective clients. This new relationship will offer another layer of
creativity and experience that clients will benefit from immediately.
Deidre Malone, President and CEO of The Carter Malone Group is excited
about the alliance. “When companies are looking to agencies to offer the
most integrated communications strategies at a cost-effective level, being
able to bring a high-level of experience to the table makes all the
difference in the world between you and the next firm. CMG and the Ashley
Agency are now positioned to compete against some of the larger firms in
the region,” said Malone.
The partnership will focus on offering its integrated services to
companies that want a total communications strategy. Our services include
public relations, marketing, advertising, design and event planning. We
have core strengths in multi-cultural marketing, crisis communications and
advertising.
“Clients want and need partners who are thinking about how they can
connect with consumers in the most natural, most effective ways possible,”
adds Jeffrey White, Principal and Chief Creative Officer at Ashley Agency.
That means having the ability to create brand-building ideas that go
beyond television and radio. We’re here to let businesses know that we
have that capability.”

marketing firm committed to providing creative, dynamic and credible
communication strategies to assist our clients in enhancing their

'Buying Power' report shows black consumers spending more on home life
As the American economy continues to move sluggishly,
African-American households are curtailing their spending in many
categories, including food, clothing and basic household items, while
investing more in home repair, home entertainment and consumer
electronics. Although they are trimming back, black consumers are still
spending more than their white counterparts on most of these products.
