Urban Radio Forum touts speakers from Obama 2012 agency, Horizon Media and FCC

(September 4, 2012) Registration is now open for the 12th Power of Urban Radio Forum on Thursday, September 27 at the Omni Hotel in Washington, DC. The forum will feature CEOs and global marketers discussing the importance of the $900 billion African American consumer and Urban Radio. 

Clifford Franklin, CEO of FUSE Advertising Agency, the African-American advertising Agency handling the Obama 2012 Presidential Campaign, will deliver the keynote address. "We look forward to Cliff Franklin discussing with us strategies for how to reinvigorate minority advertising and content development," states urban sales and media expert Sherman K. Kizart, founder and managing director of Kizart Media Partners, Inc. Kizart's company will host the forum in partnership with the National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters (NABOB). 

FCC Commissioner Robert McDowell and Bill Koenigsberg, Chairman and CEO of Horizon Media will also make special presentations. Executives responsible for over $100 billion in media buying decisions will be in attendance at the forum including African American advertising agency media directors, global media agency planners and chief marketing officers of major corporations. Forum sessions will include:
