Black TV Ratings for Week of April 22 - 28
'Scandal' again No.1, pushes ABC to overtake CBS as week's most watched network

(April 30, 2013) The story lines on network TV's prime time drama are winding toward the season finales, and viewers are coming back to catch the last original episodes. "Scandal" jumped to almost three million Black viewers, which pushed the show to No.1 for the week and helped ABC overtake CBS as the network with the most viewers on the Top 25.

ABC had a total of 10.6 million viewers (2+) for eight of its shows on the Top 25. That was enough edge past CBS' 10.5 million viewers for 10 shows. NBC took third with 4.6 million viewers across four programs.

The total number of viewers for the Top 25, according to Nielsen, was30.6 million, a jump of 17 percent over the previous week's total.
