Uptown Magazine's April/May issue is the largest in its eight-year history

(April 24, 2012) Uptown Magazine has announced that it has just published its largest issue ever since its 2004 inception. The April/May issue boasts over 105 pages and features advertisements from companies such as Lexus, Grey Goose, Lincoln and Verizon. It also includes a variety of travel partners including Anguilla Tourism Board, The Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Virginia, Visit Florida and Cayman Island Department of Tourism.

Actress Paula Patton (Jumping the Broom; Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol) graces the cover of the April/May 2012 issue of Uptown Magazine, the only luxury lifestyle magazine for the affluent African American consumer.

"We are very proud of our largest issue ever, which serves as an indicator of the importance of our affluent African American audience, as well as the continued success of UPTOWN Media Group and our cross platform approach," said Len Burnett, Chief Revenue Officer/Group Publisher.
