Carol H. Williams agency promotes Matthew Taylor to VP/Director of New Business

(April 2, 2013) Carol H. Williams Advertising has announced the promotion of Matthew Taylor to the position of VP/Director of New Business of CHWA. In his new position, he will oversee all new business including business engagement opportunities, increase client relationship opportunities, business building opportunities, collaborations and sponsorship opportunities.

Taylor interned at CHWA as a copywriter 13 years ago while still attending Cal/Berkeley. After college, Matt joined Fox Sports Network's National Sales association, successfully representing regional sports networks for local and network sports television advertising, learning the ins and outs of media, advertising, marketing, finance, budgeting, sponsorships, building relationships and cross-media marketing strategies.

Matt returned to CHWA in November of 2011, relocated to New York City and stepped into his role as an Account Supervisor on the US ARMY team.

"Matt showed enthusiasm in lending his intelligence and knowledge of marketing, business and entrepreneurship," said agency CEO and Chief Creative Officer, Carol H. Williams in an announcement. "He not only provided thought-leadership to his assigned position, never losing sight of the goal to increase the business profile of CHWA and extending it, he also managed to continue his education by obtaining his MBA in Marketing, Entrepreneurship and International Business from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management."
