Johnson Publishing Company names Rich A. Magid Chief Financial Officer
(January 22, 2013) Johnson Publishing Company, L.L.C. announced today
that Rich A. Magid has been named the company's Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Magid has worked in finance and accounting for 32 years. Most
recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner of
Stadium Capital Financing Group, a finance and marketing consulting
firm; an affiliate of Morgan Stanley. Prior to this position, Mr. Magid
was Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Director for
Natural Golf Corporation. Mr. Magid also served as Chief Financial
Officer and Board Member of Sportvision, Inc.

Mr. Magid holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois and
is a Certified Public Accountant. He's sat on multiple boards in the
Village of Skokie, his local synagogue and high school, as well as being
a board member of The Ark. He is a life-long Chicago native and lives in
Skokie with his wife Monica and their four children.
