MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS


• We encourage you to provide advertising materials in a digital format.
• The required format for digital advertisement is hi-res PDF, JPG, .or TIF files with all fonts and images embedded.
• Embedded images must be a minimum of 300 dpi; Line art: 1200dpi and CMYK.
• Media: Zip (100 or 250 MB), CD-ROM or DVD are acceptable.
•Advertising may also be submitted using the following supported applications: QuarkXpress 6.0; Adobe Illustrator 8.0; Adobe Photoshop 5.5
These are the only acceptable programs. PageMaker, FreeHand, Publisher files are not acceptable.
• MAC/PC files are acceptable.
• Include all printer & screen fonts and all art files in addition to main document. • Ads requiring alterations will be charged at a rate of $65 hour.• A 100% proof must be faxed to 312-408-1867

FREQUENCY & DEADLINES


Target Market News is published bi-monthly (Dec-Jan., Feb-Mar, April-May, June-July, Aug-Sept, Oct-Nov). Reservations must be received 30 days prior to the month of issue desired. Closing date is 15 days prior to month of issue. Materials must be received 21 days prior to the month desired. Published 7 days prior to month of issue.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice. No cash discounts. No cancellations after closing date. If change of copy is not received by closing date, copy provided or previous insertion will be printed. Commission of 15% to recognized agencies.

The Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement which is deemed unacceptable according to the standards of the publication.
All insertions are accepted on the representation that the agency and
advertiser are properly authorized to
publish the entire contents, and will
indemnify the Publisher harmless
against all claims and suits for libel and
